Products are made by myself at my workshop in Hoedspruit, Limpopo.


can i track my order?


Many of our products are custom made so please make sure you have checked the lead time on the product description. Once complete all orders are send with The Courier Guy. You can track your parcel via the link you are emailed once your parcel is sent.

Your order will be captured on our system and an email will be sent to you to confirm the details and payment receipt of your order. An email will also be send to confirm once your order has been despatched.


Can I return a product?


If you do not like your new product, which is highly unlikely, you are welcome to do so within 7 days of the date of delivery in its original condition and packaging/wrapping. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. You will then be able to choose something else from the shop or we will offer you a refund once we have received the item, unopened in saleable condition and inspected the item.




You may change or amend an order within 2 days of receiving your order confirmation, thereafter 30% handling fee will be charged. Please contact us or send an email to to make your changes.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and paid into your bank account within seven working days. Shipping Costs NOT Included in Refund. 


Do I have a WARRANTY?


Broken parts can be repaired at a repair cost of R200 per piece. Returning the product or part will be at the clients cost.

Exclusion of liability: Despite any warranty given by us, we will not be responsible or liable in any manner regarding any defect arising from: fair wear and tear, wilful damage, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow its instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse, incorrect assembly, moving goods in an assembled state or alteration or repair of the goods without our express prior approval; attachments, features or devices used on the goods that are not supplied or approved in writing by us.


my product is damaged on delivery, what can i do?


Please report any shortages or damages within 12 hours from the time of receiving your merchandise in writing via e-mail to

Please explain the problem or defect and include any photographs if possible so that we may best assist you. It may be that only a replacement part is required instead of shipping the complete product back to us, which will be issued at our own discretion.




We build our products with years of future play in mind, so to ensure a long lifespan for your product, surface clean only with a dry soft cloth. To clean small stains, use a slightly damp cloth and if necessary, a mild detergent. Wipe all spills immediately and avoid using any abrasive cleaning agents or scrubs, including ammonia- or alcohol-based formulas. All products are to be stored inside the house.


what is my order lead time?


We custom make each product and therefore a manufacturing lead time of  4 to 6 weeks is required.
